MEP - Multicultural Excellence Program The mission of the Multicultural Excellence Program (MEP) is to provide guidance and support to promote the academic success of students of color culminating in the acquisition of a college degree. The MEP staff will work collaboratively with secondary and post secondary staff, parents and the community to provide support services and resources that will enchance MEP students' academic performance and positive self-esteem.
