This portion of the site is created by and for St. Paul guidance counselors.  It is a place where we can post and share our best practices.  In the menus to the right you will find:

• An overview of the American School Counselor Association model for guidance departments;
• An overview of each schools Action Plans under the ASCA model;
• Closing the Gap Plans to meet the needs of struggling students;
• Classroom Guidance Lessons that address students' academic, career, and personal/social needs.  This includes lessons for Naviance Family Connection.
• Samples of Community Connections like newsletters;
• In-House Communications, like course catalogs and registration forms; and
• Tips for Data Usage in schools to effectively direct guidance resources.
